Yearbook Cover Design Contest!

Attention all 5th Graders!

Voorheesville PTA’s Yearbook Committee is holding our annual YEARBOOK COVER DESIGN CONTEST! If you are a 5th grader, we invite you to submit your artwork. The cover design theme is, “What Does Voorheesville Elementary School Mean to You?” This is a very special opportunity open only to 5th graders, as this is your last year at VES.

We are extending the DEADLINE for submissions to this FRIDAY NOVEMBER 20th! Please make sure your artwork meets the following criteria:

• Designs must be submitted in black and white ink. PLEASE, NO COLOR or we will not be able to use it. Color will be added at printing.

• Paper size is 8.5” x 11” on white paper.

• Paper orientation is portrait (or vertical), as the cover of a book would look.

Winners will be announced on the school announcements and get a special page of recognition in the yearbook. 1st Place Winner’s design will go on the front cover of the yearbook. 2nd Place Winner’s design will go on the back cover of the yearbook.

Submissions must be received by the deadline to be considered.
